Here at Abbys we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers, and it is so refreshing to find another company who has the same ethos and work standard.
When our Nissan Navara Pickup developed a small problem, we popped to the garage to see what the problem was, everything was re-set and Ash explained that if it happened again the vehicle would need to go to Nissan as this problem would be covered by warranty.
A few days later the same problem occurred again, we called Ash and within no time the Pickup was booked in at the Nissan dealership.
On the day I drove the car to work as normal, a driver was waiting to collect and take our vehicle to Nissan, and later the same day the car was returned to me.
Having a new car serviced at Great Coates Motors, whilst still under warranty with the manufacturers, is clearly not a problem. Our car is back working fabulously and we would not hesitate to recommend Great Coates Motors to everyone for both old and new cars.
