At Great Coates Motors, we’ve always believed in giving local talent real opportunities — and our newest full-time team member is a perfect example of that.
We’re proud to officially welcome Riley, a young lad from Grimsby, into the business as he begins his journey as a Bosch Apprentice Technician. Many of our customers will already recognise Riley — he’s been with us for over a year, starting out as a Saturday lad while studying at Healing Comprehensive School.
From the very beginning, Riley impressed the team with his work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Whether it was cleaning down bays, shadowing technicians, or helping customers, he always gave 100 percent — and it didn’t go unnoticed.
Now, as he steps into his full-time apprenticeship, Riley will begin formal training through the Bosch Automotive training programme, where he’ll develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a fully qualified technician. It’s a structured and respected pathway in the industry, and we’re proud to support him through every stage of it.
