Covid-19 Customer Care Policy Statement

We are taking the following steps to protect our customers and staff during this difficult time. We are currently fully operational and will remain so unless we are told we must close, or we are forced to close for internal health and safety reasons.
Collection and delivery

We are operating our normal collection and delivery service, but all staff will be wearing gloves at all times.

Upon collection of your vehicle we will knock at your door and leave a bucket for you to put the keys into, once you are a safe distance away from the bucket (two metres) we will take the keys and wipe them down.

Upon delivery of your car we will knock at your door and leave your invoice and paperwork along with your key inside the bucket. We will move away to a safe distance allowing you to take your items.

We will re-wipe your keys prior to putting them in the bucket.

Technicians

All our staff will enter your car wearing gloves and will not under any circumstances touch your vehicle without wearing gloves.

Payment

We will ask you to make payment via card over the telephone or direct bank transfer payments even if you are coming into the garage to collect your vehicle, we will not be accepting cash payments for the foreseeable future.

Our customer reception is open, when you come into reception you will notice we have blocked off the counter and there is a bucket for you to drop your keys into, we will then collect your keys and wipe them down.

Upon collection of your vehicle we will put your keys and paperwork in the bucket for you to collect.

Please remain two metres away from all staff members at all time to protect them and you.

Our toilets will not be open to customer use during these times.

If you would like to wait with your vehicle while we repair it, you are more than welcome to do so.

You can either wait outside or we do have a clean courtesy vehicle that you can sit in outside reception.

No customer will be allowed to wait inside reception.

We are all doing our very best in these increasingly difficult times to serve you in the best way we can as we have done for the last forty-five years and we look forward to serving you in the future.
